Well I saw on facebook my friends talking about a Nutella Cold Coffee recipe that they'd seen on Pintrest, and I <3 nutella, and this sounds like it would taste like the iced coffees I used to have a couple of years ago. (which reminds me...I haven't seen them in shops recently, I hope they're still around).
So I decided to try out this recipe and see what it tastes like. :)
( recipe from USMasala)
The finished drink =)
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Crushed Ice
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp Coffee Powder (instant)
4-5 tsp Nutella
1 tbsp or to taste Sugar
Although the ingredients could probably be varied depending on whether you want a stronger coffee flavour, or use some cream in with the milk to make it creamier. The recipe is pretty open to changes.
1. Put the milk, ice, vanilla extract, coffee nutella, and sugar into a blender.
2. Blend until completely mixed, the top will probably go frothy.
3. Pour in a tall glass, you can top with cream or sprinkles if you want to be a little indulgent.
It tasted delicious. Might have to try it with ice cream next time though.
